How Little Chaos Acres Came To Be
Little Chaos Acres came to life in the fall of 2025, rooted in a lifelong love of cooking, baking, and creating from the heart.
Founder Lisa grew up spending countless hours in the kitchen, experimenting with flavors and learning how food brings people together. As she began researching spices more deeply, she discovered that many store-bought blends often lacked quality and contained unnecessary additives, fillers, excess salt, gluten, MSG, and other undesirable ingredients.
Determined to do better, Lisa set out to create handcrafted spice blends made with clean, simple ingredients — free from additives, fillers, gluten, MSG, and high salt levels. Every blend is first tested in real family meals before earning approval for bottling, and many are shared with extended family for additional taste-testing and honest feedback.
Inspiration comes from many places: her family’s love of great food, her grandchildren’s Asian and Mexican heritages, and even the occasional “whoops” blend that unexpectedly turns into something delicious.
In the midst of creating the blends, more ideas came to life — the Little Chaos Crew Kid Collection, Baking Mixes, Meal Maker Blends, and Seasonal Beverage Blends joined the lineup. Then came the spark to add rustic wood creations (coming in the Spring of 2026) that bring charm and fun — and so, Little Chaos Acres purchased a CNC machine to make it happen.
The name Little Chaos Acres™ was born from a mix of laughter, love, and a touch of everyday chaos. Life doesn’t need to be perfect to be beautiful — it just needs heart. The red barn logo was inspired by Lisa’s lifelong love for red barns. Lisa has turned a little family & farm chaos — and sometimes a lot — into storytelling, creativity, & crafting products filled with warmth, purpose, and rustic charm.

Fun Fact: Charlie runs on equal parts imagination and caffeine — and has been known to sketch new product ideas on napkins during late-night brainstorming sessions.
Little Chaos Crew Kids
Inspirations for the Kid-friendly Blends were inspired by Lisa’s grandkids.
Fun Facts: Kai loves Dragons & thinks Gramma’s mini mule, mini donkey & standard donkey are funny. He also loves video calling Gramma. Kian, he’s still pretty little, but he loves video-chatting with his Gramma too. Kai & Kian live in China with their mommy & daddy (one of Lisa’s sons). Uldrik loves dinosaurs, motorcycles & spending time with Gramma & Grandpa & visting the farm to see the donkeys & cows.

Official Chaos Canine Companions
The loyal sidekicks who remind everyone that joy, loyalty, and a good dose of silliness are part of every great creation. Toby crossed the Rainbow Bridge in 2024, but he’s with us in Spirit, always. They also inspired the dehydrated dog treat line-up (coming Spring 2026).
